After having placed a successful bid as a Tender Manager for a inner- city

parking facility I was assigned as Lead Project Manager, responsible for

the overall project completion. The project was characterized by a

complex environment with multiple stakeholders and surrounding

projects under construction, requiring a high -level of coordination and

strict multiple milestones. All requirements have been met within budget

due to the implementation of alternative execution methods and the

adjustment of the structural design.

After heading the CAD department for the civil works of the Ferrari

Theme Park for 9 months, my performance was recognized, followed by a

promotion to Technical Manager. My responsibilities were expanded to

scheduling, procurement and constructability reviews. Having resulted in

a timely completion of the works, my responsibilities were further

extended to managing additional packages, handing over of the building,

obtaining taking- over certi cates and completing site demobilization.
